Most Common System Designs

Crawl space Sub Membrane Depressurization

Crawl space Membrane Depressurization

Radon Gases that accumulate in the crawl space are trapped beneath a plastic vapor barrier and drawn up and out the roof using a continuous radon fan.  In addition humidity is reduced in the crawl space decreasing the risk of mold and insect infestation.

Sub Slab Depressurization

Sub Slab Depressurization

Radon Gases accumulate beneath the slab and are drawn up and out the roof using a continuous radon fan before they have the chance to enter the house.  Suction on the gravel base reduces moisture build up and possible humidity problems on the first level.

Both Systems are extremely effective at reducing Radon concentrations when installed properly.
